Tony Nisbett – Managing Director

Tony has been an IT professional for 35 years. He has successfully marketed Messaging, EDI Software and consultancy, Integration, GUI Development, Internet and other services since that time. The founder of Helmstone Communications, an IT development company, his most recent focus is on Business-to-Business integration, Internet Start-ups and Ventures. Setting strategic direction, marketing and selling have expanded Tony’s business development expertise. As Managing Director he has managed the complete rebuild, testing and implementation of the FutureToBe Prototype website to a fully scalable, resilient, secure and efficient ASP product, ready to service the full company requirements into the future.

Jenny Avon – Director

Jenny brings to FutureToBe her experience of managing a national sales channel, designing sales processes and strategies as well as 20 years experience in concept and service sales, including recruitment, HR consultancy and Telecoms. Career highlights include pioneering new methodologies, winning exclusive long-term business with blue chip clients and managing sales teams nationally and internationally. Jenny read for her humanities degree at Sussex University.
